  1. Hi. I can definitedly use some help. I'll run you through the facts. One evening, I overfilled my gas tank. Gas stream out of the tank when I came out of the station. Drove the car home, highway, no issues. The overfilling of the tank may not be related to my problem, but I wanted to state the facts. Next day, car starts to "chug" - lack of consistent acceleration. It almost seemed like either bad gas or plugged fuel filter. I added dry gas, fuel octane and tried to drive the potential bad gas (if that's what is was) out of the car. I changed the fuel filter. Car still chugs. In fact, there is now a complete lack of any acceleration from a stop light. I will not pull out into traffic. Seems to idle fine, not chugging quite as much, but no acceleration. I'll take any help anyone can offer. A friend thought maybe the overfilling may have damaged or filled a charcoal canister? on the return fuel line. Happy New Year. Thanks for your help.
