  1. i really like it! the interior is much better than the current one. BUT it looks overweight, the rear lights look very honda to me ( i dont know why) and if there is going to be a carbon fibre interior please make it real!!! there only one thing i hate more than saxo's and thats fake carbon fibre!!! might as well wrap it in tesco value wrapping. :tsktsk: cant wait to see a black one.
  2. when you say will be auto, is that for sure and does that mean only auto? if they're not doing manual then its good bye from me.
  3. As i have total respect for the reasons of keeping new information under wraps i wont carry on about the images. :shutit: but does antbody have any fact based info on prices or model ranges like the se or sport? i ask because i really want the is200 sport and if the new model is good looking then its worth waiting. will the current one be sold off cheap to clear the forecourts?
  4. hi all, a friend of mine has a large american truck which he keeps at his rentals place in zimbabwe. we have both been looking for a company which will supply us with some totally custom made wheels from a design that he has created. if anybody can name some custom wheel companies and suppliers then please let me know. we would prefere U.K. based companies but were not too fussed at this time. o and the wheels are 22 inches in diameter. Ta very much Gary
  5. 20?!?!? try going for a nite out in thatcham and having change from a fifty! o and i know its not exactly north but i went to a restaurant near lincoln and paid 180 quid for me and two girlfriends to eat!!! just got to find the cheap places where ever you are. its all reletive anyway.
  6. just read a thread on the general thread page about loads of people getting car jacked in one week! worth a read! time to crack out the nine millies!
  7. Sgt: What is the range of the SA80? Soldier: how far can you throw it sir?
  8. did you know the MOD buys its SA80's for only about three hundred quid and its side arms for about 125 quid!!!!
  9. alot of the massive where i live are into them airsoft guns which is cool because they give them a wave and most people give it legs, except me and the boys because we were really big into them before it was illegal to have fun in publc, so if they give it large with the waving we go home kit up and challenge them to wave it again. and then you just keep pushing them until one trigger happy no it all accidently lets one rip and then myself, my nutty zimbabwean mate and my marine mate put serious amounts of rounds down at them until they thin out or we got them on the floor handind their guns over at which point they get a good shoeing. beginning no t to work though as they have realised they dont hurt which is why we run at them and also living near reading its getting too close to being real guns now. o and the police have this shot on sight policy which has come to be a serious health hazard of this approach. option two: fold away number plates take and run down the moped mafia's of this country. anybody want an mp5 for 200 quid? they're quite convincing
  10. your not into all this modernist paint everything white and put it in weird places are you? bet you cant get the microwave in the fridge...with a bag of spuds.
  11. you can make a car look really good with neons, if its a show car then you need neons to be in keeping with this years mod fashions like suicide doors, two tone paint was this years big thing or lambo style doors. spinners appear to have come and gone. BUT be careful! neons are legal but only if the vehicle is stationary at a show for example. RUMOURS are that you can have neons on whilst driving if you have white at the front and red at the rear with no side ones, but please dont rely on this as it is a rumour at meets round here. also NEVER have the bulbs visible because not only does it look real bad but the police will bend you right over if they see them. in my opinion black cars look best with green or white lights. theres also this new thing out which is like a neon but its called a cold cathode. they come as strip lights but use less power than neons, give off more light and as the name suggests do not get hot. whatever you do dont get LED's because ive not seen a car pull these off as most modded cars get lowered and the blur of the light becomes small blobs from each light if you know what i mean and it looks shabby. in januarys banzai there is a 350z with some brand new magnetic neons which means no drilling etc. and they stay on upto 120mph i think it is. i need to learn when to shut up. blah blah blah. :shutit:
  12. adam t your car is exactly the look that im going for. is it the sport? thats the one i would like. just been to a dealer to have a look at some forcourt second handers. nobody came out to see me which didnt bother me but then i wient in to get a brochure and i was totally ignored for about five minutes so i just grabbed one off the shelf and left. is this what i should expect from a lexus dealership? or have i gone on a bad day. me mate said its because of my age which i dont think is any excuse! :tsktsk: black is200 sport is good enough for me
  13. who/what are/is altezza? is it like in import version? what engine is in it? whats the insurance likely to be?
  14. the quote i got was from confused.com which are supposed to check lots of companies for you. i put the value so high because thats about how much a new 200 sport with everything would cost. it will be lower because i will be 21 when i go to insure therefore more age and ncb's. i dont know why you wernt allowed any mods with churchill! i have been with them for the last two years on third party and they will insure any mod you want to do as long as you let them know. the only ones which they will charge extra for are a change in car colour or an engine change (not including like for like). im interested to see what the new model will look like. if its really nice then i might as well wait for that to come out and buy it. if not i might buy the current shape because they will be cheaper to clear room for the new ones so there will most likely be a good bargain to be had.
