  1. great pics! nasty one with the 220"D" bit - look out for a smoky lexus...boo!
  2. I had this trouble and found it was a "drain" on the battery by the phone. The AA were tops at getting to the route of the trouble and if you have a mulitmeter hook it up and see the battery usage with the car on then turn everything off. It takes about 5 minutes to get to rock bottom, if it doesn;t fall off then you can then start the game of hide and seek to find what is draining it .
  3. Hi Im new too! My Lexus experience at Oxford was equally good and they delivered mine 60 miles. A lovely car and off for a 200 miles round trip and I cant wait. :D
  4. value for money as the spec is huge in comparison to other marques. To get the equivalent in an audi you need another 20% and BMWs are sooooooo common the exclusivity of the Lexus brand is great. Reliability is important too.
  5. thanks, I'll get the car first and then I will come back.
  6. Treat me nice - I'm new! I want to tint the front windows to match the rear - anyone know what colour and shade the tint is and where to get it? ;)
  7. have you had the car longer than 6 months? 'cos thats about how long it realistically lasts. its a good treatment while it lasts - car comes up sparkly clean really easy. ← I had it when I bought my new IS300 in Dec '03. Like Matt says, it lasts about 6 months. Money better spent on a professional valet. ← thanks
  8. I got a good price on the deal but obviously not the supagard - Im going back to Lexus Oxford for a "word"
  9. :D :D I had a Saab Aero with 205 horses through the front wheels V scary and the wife hates it as it is heavy and wild. No doubt we will give it some stick and need to buy some plate guard - nice recommend from LOC member :)
  10. :mat: Thanks I tried posting the new pics - yes I took some in the garage! but the LOC site won't let me upload at the moment Problably too new! anti-rolls and springs will be the first. Already have DVD to put in for the kids in the back. :winky:
  11. interesting mix of views - thanks I reckon the £60 for a valet and a night out is about right for me! :D
  12. I was recommended to have supagard before my Lexus leaves the showroom, inside and out. I am not shy of cleaning my cars - tell me is supagard worth it at £352?
