  1. Can you give the full web address please. Looking to find the right one!! Thanks
  2. This is an update from my earlier post this week. I left this wonderful story last time having been told by Lexstasy, after one week, that they didn't have an LSportline roof spoiler in stock. This is what I got the following day: "Excuse my reply. What I meant to say was....... Your roof spoiler IS in stock and is ready to ship. Since you have already chosen to take a firm stance, we regret to inform you that we cannot do business with you. Good luck and hopefully you will have a long healthy life". So, it turns out that they did have the part after all, even though they previously clearly stated "not in stock" . How can you make a mistake like that, you have to conciously write NOT in the sentence!!!. What makes it worse, is that they have come back to me and corrected themselves, but because they didn't like my attitude, decided they wouldn't supply me anway!!!!!!!! This is like school kid games. Seems the fact I told them I'd be posting details of their poor service on the Owners Club site to warn others, has upset them so much that I'm now not worthy of being one of their customers, and that they don't need my $300. Nice they can afford to turn away business! So after one week of e-mails, faxes and phone calls trying to place an order and give them my money, seems I've wasted my time. Doesn't matter to them that if I'd had good service I may have gone back to them for other stuff and spent substantially more money, they don't need my business. Good luck to anyone else who tries. If you really want to order from Lexstasy be prepared to be frustrated, spend time waiting, double check with them if they tell you they don't have a part, and DON'T post complaints on the website, you've been warned!!!
  3. I got my roof spoiler off them last year no problems, sent e-mail about body kit said see tdi ← I was going to have a friend in the USA pay, deliver to an address in the USA, so no reason not to supply! I'd e-mailed some months ago and got the brush off with "we don't ship outside the USA", that's why this time I had a USA dweller lined up to buy for me.
  4. I telephoned Lexstasy last Monday (6th) to see if I could buy an LSportline roof spoiler. The guy asked me to call back in an hour to see if they had it in stock, don't know why he couldn't check it immediately? I agreed to send an e-mail which he said he'd reply to to confirm, and if in stock despatch was next day, if not, could be up to 4 weeks. I got no reply to my e-mails, each time I rang I got a recorded message stating send my enquiry by e-mail as they always answer within 2 hours!!!!!!!!!!. I faxed on Wednesday 8th, e-mailed again one week later on 13th, and finally got an answer advising NOT IN STOCK! Their customer service is close to zero, there was no offer to get the part or offer an availability date, and no name on the e-mail to be able to write back to, seems they prefer to remain anonymous. Does everyone get this treatment or am I just unlucky? Maybe they don't need customers, and based on taking a week to tell me no, I'm surprised they have a business at all. I write because they are showing on the site as recommended, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. :yack:
  5. hmmm, might buy them all......Muhahahahahahahahahaha :D ← Thanks for comments but still looking for which is bigger. Anyone with either fitted able to measure and post dims? Thanks
  6. There's a thread going about sourcing an Ugo spoiler, but could any owner of an UGO and LSportline please post the sizes of these? I have the small TTE bootlid spoiler and would prefer a bigger roof one to go with it but don't know which is bigger? Pics seem to show the UGO fits flush and the LSportline is slightly raised allowing air to flow underneath, is this correct? PAUL S.
  7. Aido, I did try Scott but he only has the Modellista which I'm not really that keen on. Also tried Dave @ Prolex and he said he would look into it but I haven't heard from him since. I've dropped Mark @ TDi a PM so I'll see what he says. BTW, I remember you were going to get one for your car. Did you ever get it? ← Don't know if you got a reply from TDi, but I'd also asked and been quoted £145 +VAT for the UGO and £195+ VAT for the LSPortline.

  9. I want to refit my old bootlid emblem but want to to know how, as the glue(?) that was on it, has been partially removed when the badge was dismounted, and there's not enough left to hold it. I checked the forums, but all comments relate to either debadging or attaching new emblems. Any advice gratefully received. Thanks PAUL S.
