  1. Does the overheating only happen when running around town? If so I would suspect the fan or temp sensor, try running the engine at idle and see if the fan starts as the temp goes up.
  2. Yeh right, how dumb do think we are noob
  3. I've read this thread and as far as I can see there is not enough information. If I got this right? You buy the room - are you charged VAT on the purchase? If yes register for VAT. Are there ongoing management costs - Agent for cleaning and bookings etc? They will charge VAT that can be reclaimed if you register. How do you get the revenue? Do you invoice if you are registered you must charge VAT that the management company can reclaim. Incorporation only works on the tax front if you pay yourselves through dividends, the gains are dependant on how much you earn through PAYE and on how much of the costs you can offset against profit. Best bet is to get professional advice, then go Ltd company and only tell the accountant what you want him to hear!
  4. Semi £27 for 4 litres in Halfrauds
  5. Just bought 5 litres of 10W-40 for £21 at Tesco, though that was good price and worth passing on :D
  6. It's just you mate, you don't need much as they don't wear unless you use the parking brake a lot when you are moving :D
  7. IIRC the problem is with the ECU, there are 2 different part numbers. Later cars had a different ECU part number and so the Model Reports are not valid.
  8. Happy Birthday mate, have a good one :D
  9. As far as I can find the compression ratio is 10.5:1, at that I think that it is very unlikely that the engine is non-interference.
  10. You will find the info you need HERE
  11. Thanks mate. I meant in the car. I've looked around the fuse boxes on both sides, but I couldn't find a relay for the fog lights. Just a bunch of wires and plugs and the fuse box. I will check the switch on Saturday as well. Thank you for your help so far. Relays are on the back of the fuse box, you need to unplug all the wires and take the fuse box out to get at them!
  12. Get a job in a spray tan shop and I bet you won't be saying that
  13. Dam' I always forget something ....23:41 and my eyes are half shut. Front fog lights. Strange though...they both worked this morning and they both stopped working this afternoon.... Cheers. Have you checked the fuse in the passenger footwell fuse box? Also are the tail lights working? Could also be the relay. Wiring diagram HERE
  14. If you look at the fourth pic you can see the wire clamped to the damper it then passes though the inner arch on the IS. IIRC the faults that have been reported on here after suspension work have been damage to the ABS sensor wire not the actual sensor. These were probably due to not removing the sensor and the wire getting strained. Personally I have not had any major problems getting the sensors out and I have now replaced 4 bottom ball joints with no sensor faults afterwards. As you say mate it's a personal call but I would defo remove the sensor.
  15. I reckon you are more likely to damage the ABS sensor wire if you leave it in. There is not a lot of slack to play with.
  16. Don't try the "easy out" stud extractor, they are useless. You will end up with a case hardened bit of metal in the middle of the bolt you will have to drill out!
  17. As ^^^^^^ Happy Birthday mate :D
