  1. Just got mine back from Bolton, Rx350, 06 courtesy car, tank topped up, bottle of Baron Albert Champagne and full valet. The car I had was fitted with air suspension and sounded more more noisy from the back end. No problem with the master brake cylinder.
  2. I bought headlight beam deflectors from Halfords for my previous car but before using them I photocopied them onto clear overhead projector film. An alternative is to scan them into a computer and print them on the same type of acetate with a laser printer.
  3. On 19/4/06 I was charged £173.10 for a service on a RX300SE at Lexus Bolton, Manchester. This was the cars first service. Intermediate 10,000 miles £61.25 Engine oil £37.55 Consumables £5.00 Screen Wash £1.66 Gasket oil drain plug £0.78 Oil fiter £7.39 Element air ref £33.69 Net £147.32 VAT £25.78 Total £173.10 I did receive a free tin of toffees and the car was fully valeted. NO DISCOUNT FOR GOLD MEMBERS Hope this may help. alan c
  4. Hi Sami I have bought a set of Spikes Spiders Sport snow chains for my RX300. I first came across them when I had a Mondeo 2.5 ghia estate. It had low profile wide wheels and I was told that these were the only chain that would fitthese wheels. At £270 I was a bit sceptical. What a brilliant buy they were. Once set up they took less than a minute to fit, you rarely need to fit chains in good weather. The set I bought fitted over 35 different wheel sizes, not like the standard chains that usually fit 5-10. Moving up to the RX I had to increase the size of the chains but didn't have to buy a new full set. I've pulled quite a few 4X4's, cars, car/caravan combos out of it with these in the mondeo, mainly in this country, not often used them abroad though, they seem better prepared. They are also good in sand or mud, many a boggy camp site has been chewed up with them. Hi Sami I have bought a set of Spikes Spiders Sport snow chains for my RX300.
