Hi! I have a IS200 2000. About a week ago I noticed a problem with the rear brakes, I took the rear brakediscs out and the skin at the back of them was starting to peel off. I have never seen this before. This is a five year old car and the discs are gone. Has someone had a similar problem with the discs? I think this is a manufacturer flaw
