  1. Emjay - sent you a pm but for the benefit of others, my experience was that I wasn't even sure I wanted an ISF until I test drove one which was a 32k miles 08 plate and I was hooked. As I was getting my finances together, a 09 plate came on the market but it had 109k on the clock which put me off. Then I spoke to the owner (he was the first owner) and I felt confident that this could be a good buy - my dealer reassured me re the mileage and the car was £10k cheaper than the low mileage one. When I drove the higher mileage one I could not tell the difference and interestingly whilst test driving the high mileage one, three prospective buyers called about the car and I am confident this was not a set up! Each to their own, there is no wrong or right here but if the condition, history and price match up then for me that is how you make your choice. The fact that Lexus happily put a two year warranty on mine after the 110k interim service reinforced the confidence in these cars. Mine has spent its life crushing up and down the motorway which is the least possible stress you can put on a car.
