Hi All Have any of you guys/girls heard of a steering rack and auto box recall on the rx400 2005 onwards recently?

Well i'm looking to sale my o4 Rx300se with SatNav bluetooth/front parking sensors 65000 on the clock for around £9,500 or will part exchange for a Rx400se which i have seen at a dealer an im in the process of trying to haggle a decent price for mine....I've looked on autotrader and the decent Rx300se with low miles seem to be just above the 10 grand mark.....

yes it has Sat nav

Well i have since seen a 05 Rx400se with 103 on the clock and it has just had its full service its price is 12,990. the dealer has told me he will offer 9000k for mine but he has since told me that he will cost up what price it will be to put right all the scuffs or slight dents but if its too much then he will give me a better price against mine for the part ex sounds fair enough to me

Can't help but would be interested to see what you get for your car. Mine is an 04 RX 300 SEL with 48k miles. ello, they offered me 8500 these rx's dont hold there values very well :( i could push for 9000 if sold private

Hi I'm looking to trade in my Rx300se 04 plate for a rx400h 15,990, just wondering should i buy a lower mileage example or should this car be ok as long as it has full service history. my Rx300se currently has 65,200 on the clock and i have emailed the trader to see what he gives me for a apart ex on theRx400. Im hoping for around 9,500 - 10,000 which i think is reasonable. have anyone of you guy's recently part ex or sold your Rx300se, if so what prices did yo get privately or part ex? Sounds good as im due to be talking my Rx300 se mark II on Monday. they are charging £220 for a full serivce. inwhich jemca (lexus) are charging £479

Just been told by lexus croydon that their ipod kit cannot be installed in my 2004 rx300se +Satnav ....surely this can't be right as reading some of the other posts it has been mentioned that it also works in the is200? Can anyone confirm? cheers integration

Hi All, I'm thinking of replacing my is200se for a Rx300 se or sel but reading through the forums i'm a little bit worried of the problems people are having like: 1) front tyre wear 2) sensors on the air Suspension failing 3) lurking gearbox 4) possible Cd changer issues and after my is200 cd failed i was able to change for an after martket but doubt you can do this with the rx300. Is there anything else i need to look out for? I will be looking for a 53 or 04 plate with around 70,000 miles with full service history and will take out a third party warranty. any info much appreciated. Ps probably looking to spend around 10 grand. Cheers

Hi All, does anyone know which way the crank shaft pulley turns? I've been trying all day and the bloody thing seems like it doesn't want to turn and i dont wan to damage or thread the nut So if im facing the car, do i turn the nut to the left or right ? model is200 se Any help appreciated Cheers
