my 1999 V. I need to get the pads, discs and the brake fluid changed and bleeded. So hopefully this will sort out these problems out, as i am geting vibrations on steering when braking and the soft pedal. thanks

I have similar problems with my 1999 v is200, it only has 50k, i get vibrations and soft pedals. What the solution?? I asked a local garage and he goes one of the rear calliper has seized up, but i dont know if he is chatting rubbish... any advice?? any one got these parts forsale. thanks

Yes i have sourced some breakers who can do them for about £60-70, but i need to know if estate parts will fit a saloon. thanks

Would the discs and calliper off an estate be the same for the saloon version. Also is this the cause of the vibrations when braking and the soft brake pedal. thanks

My car has only done 50k and this is happened. is there any reason why this has happened. The previous owner lived in the countryside, could that be something to do with it. Anyways i have found some breakers who can do me discs and the calliper for abt 100ish, coming off a car with about 15k would this be ok?? thanks

I have been getting vibrations on the steering wheel when braking from 30mph+. So i decided to to take a look on the left handside at the rear there is uneven pad wear. So i asked a mechanic and he said it might be part of the caliper has seized. Can any one advice me on this.. Also how much a calliper is?? would i need to change the discs as well. Anyone know where i can get the parts cheap thanks any advice is appreciated. thanks

Ok.. i am insured to drive other cars 3rd party under my policy, so would that mean it be ok just to drive back home? the car is going to be a cheap run about for a relative.. Thanks

If i was to buy a car at auction.. and drive it way on the same day... can the police do anything if i am only taking the car back home..
