  1. My car was stratched by some pathetic scumbag. They left a lot of stratches on the lower part of the passenger door and driver side wing. I put some T-Cut on the passenger door and driver wing. Is there any longer term repair anyone can recommend.
  2. I topped it up last night but warning still displayed.
  3. There is a message displayed telling me the washer fluid is low. I topped it up but the message is still displayed. Is it possible to clear this message?
  4. Hi PaulWhitt20, Just to clarify that it is on the side not the floor of the footwell. I have rubber mats and the floor under the mats is fine. It is the area where the side of my foot rests when I use the footrest.
  5. I have a 2014 IS with 17000 miles on the clock. Above the footrest a hole has developed in the carpet. The plastic under the carpet is now exposed. I never had this issue before with my previous Toyota cars. It is also disappointing for a Lexus. Has anyone else had this issue? Is it covered by the warranty?
  6. There are a few accessories (boot liner, cargo net, care kits) I want to add to my IS300. I have contacted some websites (Lexus UK eBay store, lexuspartsdirect.co.uk) but none of these deliver to Ireland. Going to an Irish Lexus dealer is a last resort due to cost. Also nothing is advertised on the Lexus Ireland website. Have any Irish members purchased these items online? Also the Lexus UK website lists the exterior care kit and executive leather care kit. These are not available in the eBay Lexus store. Are these products good or I am better off with generic products?
