Just like to share to members excellent service and communication from lexusdirectspares on e bay very friendly knowledgeable highly recommended.

It's reg Nov 2003 but is facelift model with 6 speed box , replacement gearbox had toyota ws fluid as from 2004 or later will toyota Tiv fluid be ok or does it have to toyota ws fluid

Have got new radiator but think gearbox is off a 2004 or later ls430 model will Tiv fluid be ok in it or will toyota ws fluid be needed

Have had a autobox failure water problem on 2003 ls430 managed to find a replacement gearbox , what grade of oil is required toyota t1v fluid or toyota ws fluid or can either be used could someone please advise. Thanks

Had it on fault reader came up with a solenoid a fault so I was told

If you put into 6th manually shows 6 in dash but no change on revs to indicate that it's changes into 6th gear

Hi got trouble with 6 speed auto box on ls430 bumps into 5th gear then dosent change into 6 th even on 40 miles run , did paper clip test faults on vsc came up 43 51 62 63 took in for service said that a solenoid fault shows but lexus didn't have any solenoids available till march will solenoid cure or is it rebuild replacement any help appreciated.
