Claire, I tried Dave's accounts out yesterday from my machine and they don't work here either, I tried the 'forgot my password' link but Dave doesn't see the emails from that, I don't know who has access to the database but is it possible that the password hashes and emails on those accounts have become corrupted? Is it possible to check what email addresses are being used please as if we can get a reset initiated then the accounts should be fine?

I don't think it's an isolated computer problem as we've tried a few on different ISP's now, and it let's me use my account as normal, but the error looks like we are using the wrong password?

Can one of the admins take a look tonight when you get chance please, thanks in advance fellas :)

Back early last year I couldn't get on under my username or any other for about 3 months - had to get IT at work to sort it out for me in the end
