i asked the same question a couple of month's ago and the best one i got a quote from was sky insurance. they were considerably cheaper than all the other i tried (a-plan, direct line,etc etc)

i agree, tesco all the way, im only 20 and with a claim last year and 4 points they were by far the cheapest for me, wont say as its an embarasing amount but deffinatly try them.

worth a shot....

im paying £510 fully comp, me and missus, all mods declared and fully covered

but then i am old

i'm 34 not too young

Direct Line have been good in the past. Im now with Virgin who have been very good at pricing. No extra charge if you want to pay monthly to.

I was originally with Direct Line nd found them to be the cheapest around for me at the time.

I'm now with Adrian Flux and they are even cheaper and that includes declaring modifications.

adrian flux seem to be the cheapest - they wanted 650 so that's not too bad.

does anyone out there know of anywhere that will provide specialist lexus insurance. i have a is300 sportcross and my insurance quote was in excess of £1000 with 11 years + no claims

Your insurance quote must have been having a laugh! Or you live in like the ghetto or sumit.

Try:

A-plan (I went with these brokers)

Autotrader

and

confused.

The last 2 are essentially bot-engines that search a load of other mainstream insurance providers for you, after entering your details just the once.

I only paid £301 last october for a series 1 300 sport with Churchill

That price was fully comp + legal cover for me and wife.

i tried that one too and they wanted £1250
