£26 isn't going to break the bank is it? Might as well as go for OEM items instead of patterned items.
Does that price include VAT and P&P?
McGuard also do a good range of locking nuts.

lexuspartsdirect quote Grand Total £26.32
Should I go for these for my 02 GS300 or would cheaper options on eBay be acceptable?
Thanks for your input

Only difference between a Lexus or Toyota battery is the sticker on it!
My Battery came from Lexus Leeds- it came with a Toyota sticker. I think you'll find that nearly all the parts you buy from Lexus will come with Toyota stickers/packaging.

Morning Guys
I do not have cause to request assistance and advice for my fantastic 02 GS300 very often. Admittedly I do not have a high annual mileage. When I do drive it, it is a joy.
The most recent work was to have the wheels aligned by Lexus Birmingham which whilst expensive, did the trick. It runs smooth.
My Battery is not holding a charge. Does anyone know the best place for a replacement near Alvechurch / Redditch / South Birmingham / West Midlands?
Thanks Guys

Hello Ladies and Gentlemen
GS300 SE June 2002 02 52500 - owned since October 2006 lovely driving.
Only issue excessive outside tyre wear on front tyres.
The 'engine' warning light came on last week, so I obediently booked in with Lexus Birmingham who explained it would probably be the oxygen sensor and advised the cost. Whilst there they noticed the tyre wear and offered a full geometry test, but would need new tyre first, so agreed and went ahead. Drives better now!
Cannot fault Lexus service (IS250 to drive home - noticed the reversing camera, so I reversed there and back all 32 miles - don't tell them will you) except you know what! £436.48! Tyre came in at £107.81 which was not as bad as I thought (she forgot to mention the VAT on top!)
Where did I go wrong? How could I improve next time?
Thanks and all the best Speedy

My brake warning light seems to be feeling a bit left out and has started coming on - it's always when the car is cold, and it comes on while the brakes are on and goes off again when they're released.
After a few minutes it stops happening.
Any ideas? I'm hoping it's something simple like a bad connection to a bulb..

Did you sort out what it was?
My 4 year old GS300 is doing exactly the same. I've booked for Lexus Bham to look it over for £47.00 odd!
