I am trying to fit a denison fm ipod kit but cant make head nor tale of the workshop manual i have!

I need to find a constant 12V cable, a switched 12V cable and a ground cable from behind the head unit to splice into!

can anyone tell me what colour wires i need to splice into please??

as with many of you the tracking on my IS200 is out. Bald inside edge on tyres.

The car is lowered 30mm from standard so i am looking for the adjusted settings please.

preferably in good nic to replace my slightly rusted ones but as long as there not too bad so i can recondition them!

My radiator fan is coming on too often.

The engine temp is as always is (just under half way). Fluid levels all seem ok too. Just no matter how i drive the fan seems to be turning on and off the whole time!

any ideas what the problem could be or what to look at???

Do you have the air-conditioning switched on? If so, does switching it off make a difference?

I usually have the aircon on. will try putting it off tomorrow.

still......ive always driven with it on but ive only had this problem the last coupleof weeks!

got a guy having a look in a couple of days but if i could get as many opinions as to what he should be looking for would be great!

My fans also kick in at the same time (when the temp gauge is just under half way).

If you do lots of city driving, the fans will kick in more often.

I think this is normal for the IS, I'm sure someone will confirm this.

Had the car just over 2 years now and its only been in the last couple of weeks its been happening.

most of the driving i do is in the country anyway as i live on north coast o Scotland.

I know that the fan comes on and off once the temp gets up to stop it overheating its just that recently it is turning on and off too often. It is obviously doing its job as the engine temp remains ok but iwas wondering if it could be a partially blocked radiator or something???

Help needed please!

was tightening the nuts on the handbrake cable at the lever and kinda over did it!

I snapped the threaded bit on end of the cable!

Problem is im not sure what part exactly i need!

Do i need a complete cable or just a front section?

I presume the cables advertised on sites that state RH or LH are the rear sections........are they???

Does anyone know what company makes the standard lexus wheels???

its got sumthing like JWL printed into the back of the wheel but can't seem to find anything on the net!

Wher abouts should i get an OBD2 cable from? Is there a specific one i need to get for the is200 or so long as its OBD2 will it be ok?

The aerial snapped off when i drove through car wash (yep......what a t**t). tried drilling out the threaded bit but drill bit snapped so no chance now.

Problem is for a new aerial Lexus want £150 PLUS VAT.

Now i just cant seem to find one anywhere! tried scrappies but to no avail and have scoured the internet!

does anyone know where i might be able to get one from. i need the mount that bolts into the roof!

I have an 2000 SE. Ive been looking into the possibility of supercharging but am unsure of how much strain it will put on the engine as it is currently at 95k. would it handle it ok or would i be better off gettin it reconditioned or even changing to one wi lower milage first??

Planning on getting a shark fin aerial and was wondering if anyone knows how easy it would be to fit a genuine Beemer aerial. Would i need converters for the wiring atc.

Also looking to get a Rear window Spoiler but not sure where to go to find one! any ideas please?
