And i drive lots of miles a week up and down the M6/1 and its just a nice place to be when you got to do a lot of driving cant take it away from my gs that the second place i would like to be in when i am up and down the motorway

hi all thist my first post need a little help
got a 97 GS300 sport and love the car but when i got it there was no cd changer caddy in the boot multichanger
now i can get one from lexus for £50 which i dont mind paying but as i can see by some of the posts the cd changers
in my car are a bit unreliable so is the anyone near me ( i am in walsall west midlands) who would let me try there
caddy in my changer just to see if it works before i shell out £50 for a caddy from lexus and does anyone know where i can get
a caddy cheaper if all else fails do any of you know where you can buy a dashboard conversion for a 97 MK1 gs300 sport
so i can use a standard size cd player looked on eBay but can only find one for the mk2
if any of you can help it would be a big help to me
this is the first car i have had for years i enjoy driving i just love it but it would be better with a few tunes to listen to
thanks in advance Andy :D
Ls400 Alarm Problem

hi i have a mk 2 95 ls 400( 95 is a changeover year ) and there is what seams to be a volume knob about 8 inches below the boot/fuel cap switces on the underside toward the accelerator pedal you have to look to find it its to the right of the steering wheel
on my car this turns the alarm volume up and down found it by accident yesterday and when i played with it it turned the alarm volume up and down and also the exit entry beep i think it does this for us men that get back at 3 am in the morning and dont want to wake up the other half setting the alarm thus avoiding an argument and you can still lie about what time you got home
hope this helps you
Andy
