Hi All
Our 2004 IS200 is suffering from excessive tyre wear on front tyres from new. The wear mainly occurs on the inner edges and are having to be replaced at about 15000 miles. Neither the wife nor I either accelerate, brake or corner in a hard fashion.
Tracking was checked by Lexus but seems to be no change.
Tyres are Potenza 215/45ZR17 and are maintained at recommended pressures
Cany any one help to improve on this?
Thanks
Tim

Wife has a 04 IS200 its great. Now it is my turn but got less dosh. Say circa £7000. I tried a GS300 the other day and really liked it. Not sure which model it is but it had SatNav and Tiptronic gear change on the wheel. Y reg 66K and exactly on budget.
Q1. Which models have the tiptronic gear change?
Q2. Does the GS430 come in the same configuration?
Can't seem to find answers to this on the Lexus.co.uk web pages.
Friends and some reviews I have read suggest the LS400 is a better car and I should go for it instead. This leaves me a bit anxious about cost of ownership of GS v LS. Any comment on this would be welcome.
Made a big mistake couple of years ago, switched from 3.0L Toyota Camry to Type V Honda Accord, been regretting it ever since so it is now a Lexus or bust.

Hi All,
Just got wife's IS200 done by WIM, having just fitted a new set of tyres.
Last front pair only did about 10k miles. She is not an aggressive driver. Any one got direct experience of improved tyre wear and what she might expect. Threatens to change to a SAAB if things have not improved.
