definitely notice the difference in my IS300 when PWR button on, very handy for a swift take off at a busy roundabout! :D

Me too in my IS300 Sportcross there's a definite difference when pulling away and also car stays in lower gear longer before changing up giving better accelleration.

This is the drawing the seller sent to me. Maybe it means more to someone else!

I had same problem and when I mentioned it to Lexus they said there was a wiper mechanism modification which they did free of charge and since then its been totally silent (3 years ago now). By the way this is my 1st post! Nice to be a part of the community.
