Passenger Seat Belt Warning Light

Hi guys,
I dont know if anyone can help me with this. But i own an altezza RS200 which is i know kind of similar to the IS200. The p;assenger seat belt warning light isnt working at all even if there is a passenger seated. I have doubts that it is fuse related but could any help me out here ? Im clueless after much searching.
