I'm selling my RX400h SE-L (58 Plate). Not because we don't like it, emigrating and import costs are just too high for this sort of vehicle. Looking for advice on the best way of selling it, have emailed the original dealer but no reply yet, assume better price from a private sale, some people have told me auctions can be good if you set a sensible reserve. It's silver with full black leather, SE-L model, 25,000 miles, tyres 4000 miles old.

RX400h at lexus Leicester is £227 inv vat for 10k service, which they don't do a great deal, oil and filter, check a few things and replace the aircon filter, that's it........far too expensive.

However they are going to respray the front bonnet as it's rusting (yes rusting) and also replace all 4 wheels as the paint is coming off, exactly the same as my last RX300.

I have a 6 month old RX400h with the new ICE system with the infra-red wireless headphones and I have to say te quality of sound is poor. They do work but there is a constant buzzing on either channel or either screen. I have had to revent to wired headphones.

Has anyone else experienced this, one forum I read that the whole car got re-wired and they had it for 7 weeks...ouch.

ICE system in RX - anyone managed to connect a playstation via the three coloured leads? Also wondering what kind of adapter needed to power PS from 12v socket?

Tried and failed, not with PS2 but with PSP Slim, has the AV output cable connected to PSP and when I sent signal to ICE just got fuzzy white lines. PSP works everywhere as I travel all over the world and use this in a myriad of TV's in hotels so why not the ICE, have consulted the book....no joy.

Can't help on the adapter, sorry, would eng up doing a google on it.

Good man . Time to burn a few CDs

Interesting as I copied some MP3's straight to the CD-R's as per the book and the DVD System would not read it, despite the book telling me it would read them like windows explorer would, it works when you create the audio CD from MP3 but I just want to dump a load of MP3 files onto a disc a play randomley. Any advice? Books are useless as are the dealer.......same dealer that told me Motorola phones work but the don't.
