unlucky fella,
was it a fixed camera or a mobile unit at the side of the road?
-
this guy is quality!
even though he has a deathwish,
would've loved to see him try that onthe M69 before they redid the surface .
anyone who knows that road will get my drift lol

very much doubt HG failure,
levels are the constant .

could also be seals in the sevo, as its vacuum powered from the inlet manifold, faulty seal = brakefluid in the air fuel mix then in the combustion chamber and only a smidgin will smoke for hours.
i very much dounbt this, but its an avenue to explore at a later date .
note: if its a diesel discount this as its only relevant on petrol vehicles.

Well I've been doing a bit of research on a IS200 SE as I'm considering buying one so I thought I'd do a search (Google) for an owners club for some tips on buy this model.

i was gritting roads on a grubby council estate because 3 of our busses got stuck on ice .
much fun.

i put an old beach towel across the windscreen, inside each door and under the wipers, chuck it off in the morning either in the garage or on the floor in the kitchen.
i think its brill,

hi, i'm near enough next door to you.
there is a place that re-cons altonators + starter motors just off agbrigg road in wakefield.
he did a starter for a m8 a few years ago.. very good and very competitive

i cant see how it would do anything.
-
really? fair enough. but what would skimming the discs do to fix it?

....Then got told it was my wheel hubs that were mishaped. and that this is very costly to replace! great stuff , just what u need before xmas.
But was given to choices, either replace the hubs, but the cost was massive or ..... get my brake discs skimmed?!?
....
tbh mate that makes no sense at all(to me anyway), if its the hubs that are warped (which i very much doubt) then skimming discs would do sweet FA.

thats your best bet tbh
as for the belt it'll want adjusting. not a big job at all.

depends on how you feel- funds wise-
can do just the belt or all the lot.
in an ideal world you'd do all the lot.
