Thanks mate jus checked the oil and it's low so could've been a piece of dirt got through as i jus got light turned out and has'nt came back on, just think i'll get an oil chage with a nice flush out to make sure and check the plug in diagram.

Hi guy's, took my car to garage today to see wot was up with ecu & trc light bein on it came up code 'P1349' which is "vvt system malfunction bank 1" does anyone know wot this could be or how to fix??

Maybe this would help jeffrosie as his has the lights on also?

Hi guy's got my car back yesterday from body shop, (it got hit at d/s rear 1/4 panel) i,ve noticed the the d/s rear wheel is sittin out about an inch more than p/s, the bodywork seems to be straight and can't see anything bent in relation to arms or suspension, if it was alignment could i have knocked it out that much? i've also noticed it's sitttin a little higher on the same side and wondering if it might be from being jacked up for so long???

anybody any ideas??

Hi all, I collected my car from the bodyshop today after getting rear 1/4 panel replaced and on way home my trc light and ecu lights came on, the car was hit at rear 1/4 panel jus behind the rear wheel, After reading about jeffrosies it sounds very alike, Now i no that they're meant to disconnect Battery while welding and jus wondered if the bodyshop maybe caused a short while welding as 2 of my rear lights are also out.

Also looking at some of the replies to jeffrosies question someone has mentioned about abs sensors and the rear one looks as if it's connected behind rear seat (which the bodyshop had to remove while fixing) so jus wondering could it also be they jus maybe did'nt connect properly?

i'll check this tomorrow though while replacing bulbs! if anyone has any pics or diagrams of where and wot the sensor looks like under seat i'd be really grateful as my car skills are somewot limited

HI MATE, IN THE DIGRAMS U HAVE ON FOR THE ABS SENSORS DO U NEED TO TAKE OUT THE REAR SEAT TO GET AT THE REAR ONE???

Yes matey Kazi has the TRD front lip fitted to his, You can get them from a Lexus/Toyota parts dept think there around £140? not long fitted one to mine :)

Hi guys, my car had a bit of a bump a few months back and it cracked the washer botttle, when it was in getting a new wing painted the painter tried to fix but was'nt very sucessful so think its past fixing, I'm gonna replace it with a new one so i'll prob get one from scrappies, does anyone no if this is a complicated job or pretty staightforward????

A good tip for you - if your headlights are looking a bit worn just give them a blast with Brasso on some kitchen roll or a cloth and that'll get them looking like new again!

There are plenty of springs and coilovers for the IS too so I guess it's all down to how low you want to go!

Cheers mate, unfortunately i goota take one apart it had a bump before i got it and condensation is in it so gonna take the orange out of both wen doin that.

Cheers guy's, want to lower it and front lip spoiler, then wen i have the swingers i'll do my headlights, that should start me off, bought it with a set of 18'' Tenzo wheels so sorted in that department, hopefully get a few pics up wen i get used to site
