I dont really understand what do you need, but i think you gonna buy the air filter box with the MAF and get install it correctly on your ride. Coz it cost not so much.
-
I`ve not find any pics but here is the diagram that can be helpful for you. The MAF selected by red color, look here
-
And one thing. Do you have the socket which can be connected with the MAF and ecu?
-
Ok, if i will have some free time i will give you pics or diagram with the MAF.
I`m gonna to look it coz i know that it must be somewhere...
-
I see...So i think you need to see how it looks on the same 3s-ge with the MAF and how it sits on the outlet from the air filter box.
Because i think you dont really understood how the MAF sits.
-
It`s really easy to do. It takes about 2-3 hours with the short rest for a beer :P

As for me to drive at right hand car in the city with left hand drive is much better. But to drive on the high way out of the city is much better on the left hand car. In the Russia there is a Far East place closer to Japan where are 99% all of the cars is right hand from Japan.
-
I gotta question just interesting.
How much will cost Altezza in the UK if it will be delivered from Japan and if the car in the Japan will be cost 5000$ + delivery 2000$? What else you must pay for?
In Russia we have pay big tax for importing cars because the car manufacture in our country are so poorly. And our government are in arrangement with carmakers.
I`m just interested how doing with that in your country.

I heard it is possible for 3S-GE to do at 0.5 bar compression without a special completions of the engine.
-
Yeah, Aristo looks good, and Altezza looks good. You know, i gotta friend who lives in UK he an exowner IS 300 with 2JZ-GE. Now he is owner of the Mercedes S-klass 2008 year, but always speaks with good words about Altezza and his IS300.
-
Saying that Zee still couldn't overtake me even with that on his car
Realy? Aristo V300 are having a bigger volume of engine. I think this is the reason.

Sweet looking car mate! Loving the blue! Is it a standard colour? Looks more metallic than other Blue IS's ive seen.
It is standard colour. I have just corrected a picture contrast in the fotoshop a little :winky:

Here is a few pics of our club mate car. Our club is www.altezza-club(blocked word).
Looks great

I meant there is no reason to change the filter because it can be washed.
-
Japanese are very lazy people. They are never change gearbox oil too. Or it`s easyly to change new gearbox to them than to change gearbox oil just in time :D
-
Heh...when i get my car, i`ve got the problem like this :) But when i`ve cleaned maf all is ok too. Why japanese cant do it him self?
-
One more thing. During the changing the timing belt I have changed the SEAL (FOR CRANKSHAFT) too. Number 90311-42026. I think it is useful for the engine.
-
Ive been quoted £283 for everything including the waterpump. All genuine parts. Without the waterpump and 2nd idler it drops to £155.
The car has only done 60,000 miles so I cant see the waterpump needing changing.
In your engine (3s-ge) you should better change whaterpump with timing belt. Because in future if your whaterpupm will broke, you will disassemble all parts which you should disassemble when you change belt. So you will pay twice.
Completely correctly! I have done so.

RS200`s gearbox oil filter can be washed by the fuel because it is made of metal.
