Sorry it doesn't sound good,any warning lights coming up?. Have you checked the fluid level using the correct proceedure and the colour ( should be cherry red) also sniff the fluid if it smells burnt it may indicate a brake band or clutch problem.

Have a look for an auto transmission specialist in your area.

You might want to post here as these guys are more into Soarers.

A little more info on the engine size and year of the car will help with a reply

Hi Steve thanks for the reply, no dash warning lights fluid in box ok hot and cold level with no smell to it, and spoke to local specialist and nobody will touch, they say parts are hard to get and refer to a main dealer.

i am breaking a 2.5tt soarer if you ever need anything let me know will be able to help

Thanks Asi, there is a gearbox local but if it gets sold I would be interested, if price is right and then what about postage?

Hi guys, not to sure if I got a serious problem or not but I got no drive when I put car in reverse ( auto ) but goes forward fine, oil level fine in gearbox, I can hear it selecting the gear but getting no drive to rear end, please help I need car for work thanks.

Mk4 Supra (there are two sizes, the big diff used in some 6-speed TTs isn't a straight swap into the Soarer).

When we did the run to Brighton, we met up at Crystal Palace, i was thinking of meeting up at the Grasshopper inn in Westerham this time, then avoiding the motorways down to southampton.

We need to know where we are going to meet in southampton.

Hi everyone, wanted to come on hear to say hi and get info on meets, improving performance of car. Missed Japfest this year cos of work ( not happy with boss) will make it next year :winky: . My soarer has been improved already a bit, but want to take it to next stage, all I can tell you about it is: HKS lowered suspension, HKS dump valve, Apexi air filter, 2 roller bearing turbos don't know what make, Greedy turbo boost controler. I took it to a place and they put it on rolling road and broke one of there rachet straps so don't know what bhp it is. Thanks guys for reading and got any sugestions.
