Guess mine's pretty normal then and as it is blowing nice & cold I'll leave it and live with it :)

Not had my Ls400 very long but have just started using the air-con as the weather has warmed up and I noticed that you can really feel when the air con cycles on & off - If I'm braking and it decides to cyle either on or off at the time I actually have to adjust my braking to compensate - never had this on any other car - sure you can see the revs rise / fall when it cycles but it is actually quite off putting to drive.
Is this normal?

I've just changed my ATF fluid as the box felt a little lumpy using the drain & replace method - The new fluid is a bright red colour but the stuff coming out was a golden colour - are there any Type T-IV fluids that are this colour or has someone used the wron stuff before me ?
Certainly feels MUCH better now which is good.

Just bought a 95 LS400 and want to do a transmission fluid change as gearchanges feel a little lumpy to me - Halfords had nothing matching Type IV, my local Toyota dealer said they only had it in huge drums but were willing to sell it to me if I supplied some suitable containers to fill up.
Spoke to a local independent who suggested Comma ASW and according to their website it does match Type T-IV, just wondered if anybody had used this themselves with any tales of woe or recommendation.

As my Mk 3 has just failed her MOT on rear lower suspension bushes and 3 garages have tried to locate said bushes without success I have to agree with this - My only option is to buy complete assemblies from Lexus at £305 plus fitting.
It beggars belief that no one has been able to find a set of bushes - if it was a Cizeta Moroder I might have understood but this not a particularly rare vehicle really.
