Hi,

I have a 04 IS 200 and as of today the dash board lights are gone. I checked the brightness and it's turned up full.

Is there anyway to determine the exact cause of this issue?

I did look at the following thread http://my.is/forums/f221/how-change-your-main-gauge-cluster-ignition-ring-lights-leds-pics-359216/

But I would just like to determaine that it's not a fuse or something more trivial.

Any idea's?

I reseated the bulb and the light on the dashboard is gone.

Thanks - It was a lot more straight forward that I anticipated.

I've replaced and confirmed the light is working - however still getting the rear light failure warning light on the dash board.

I might just try and reseat bulb in the morning and check any lose connections.

Is this easy to take out?

How does the light come off.

As above - I have a 04 IS200 SE and "rear light failure warning light" comes on the dash board.

I can confirm that this light is not working.

Looking at the manual page 62 - it says that you need to replace the bulb.

Is this correct?

Or do they use LED's?

Yeah I checked that from previous threads.

All looks fine.

Easier said than done!

The Lexus garage told me it would cost €40 euro to connect to a diagnostic machine.

He also said that since the warning lights were not showing at the time I brought the car down it will not show up on the diagnostic machines and I would be wasting €40

I have 04 IS200 SE and just recently the door open light stays on constantly and this is followed up by the TRC lights and ABS diagnostic lights coming on - The behaviour is sporadic that I cannot reproduce. The car appears to be driving as normal.

I've had a look at the manual but did'nt find anything but to go to a Lexus Dealer.

As of now the lights are all off after about 15 mins driving the Door Open light will appear and then when I brake the ABS and TRC light will come on but it will then go off again.

Any idea's on why this is happening.
