    does anyone know the differece between the two?

    i want either one of these for my is200 only problem is

    1) i dont know whats the difference

    2) i dont know where to buy get one from

    all help appretiated any video clips of both to compare which is better will be good

  2. hi all

    i had a gasket leak at the back of my is200 head so i took it out got it skimmed changed all the gaskets etc

    i also changed my timing belt whilst i was at it

    now the problem i have is i put everything back together and my spark plus number 1 and 6 only spark once and then stop hence the car doesnt start

    does anyone know why or have any suggestions?

  3. hi all anyone if the valve caps need to go in order

    i had my head skimmed etc and i had all the valve spring caps in order but dropped the box

    i'm not too sure if it matters what order they go in because they are hydraulic

    any help anyone?

    please need to know asap thanks

    i am after one of those grom connectors for my 2002 is200

    i am actually torn between the grom, griffin fm transmitter or just to buy a double din

    with the fm transmitter i can also use in another car

    anyway open to all suggestions and links

    also if anyone can tell me where the cheapest place to buy one is

  5. any adivce on how to take the head out? e.g. what needs to be removed

    i cant access that link everytime i do to it my browser crashes ive bought a disk off of eBay im going to check that out tonight see

  6. My mate at work has just been quoted £1700 for a clutch on his diesel vauxhall vectra, the preasure plate is part of the flywheel apparently.

    yep it is on some cars

    i had to replace one on the d4d avensis was exactly the same

    pressure plate you have to purchase seperately to the clutch

    i purchased mine from a shop in manchester not genuine for £500 and fitted it myself at my house in the drive

    took my 2 days not bad i dont think considering that i did it in the drive no ramp etc and its front wheel drive
