  1. I need to replace me rear pads and disk for my 2000 x plate is 200

Firstly how much do the parts cost?

And is there a difference in parts for an X reg and other year cars for the same car?

Got two quotes and the prices vary alot...

Does anyone know the correct part number for them

  2. I need some help from you guys, just checked the oil level in the car over the weekend, also thought i check the water level in the radiator...

but as with my honda civic, there is an overflow bottle that i add water too, if it was running too low...

but where is it located on the is200, if it has one...

i noticed a black top and tube running from the back of the radiator, ive tried for ages to open the cap, but couldn't, so i decided to add the water to the radiator itself, making sure it was cooled down in the first place...

Is it safe adding water straight to the radiator itself and do i just top it up to the top?

    thanks in advance

  3. its got a lot worse today,

the noise is continues when driving, and disappear when i apply the brakes... and then start, when brake pads are released..

i've taken a look at the rear disks and noticed that it has indent marks around the disks, this is on both rear disks...?

could it just be the pads that are worn and need replacing.... but why have both of them played up?

how much are a pair of pads /disks?

    thanks

  4. I got myself a spare ipod that i want to place in the car.... ive also got the original working cd player in the lex too..

been reading that i need a grombit to connect the ipod to the stereo....

but how does one change (Forward, Back) the tracks... is this done by the ipod or the controls on the cd-player unit?

    thanks
