Hello all,

Currently, there is a few small issues with my friends GS300 (its a 1996 model).

1. Battery is needing replaced, but i discovered that when you turn on the radio and then turn on the fog lights, the radio cuts out. Hmmm, any ideas?

2. The temperguage for the in car climate control does not light up when the headlights are turned on at night? Is this a simple case of a new bulb - will it cost a fortune to be replaced??

3. When putting on the heating in the car, the far left passenger air vent has no air coming out of it. Obviously we have tried opening the vent (we are not that silly) but still there does not seem to be anything happening. Again, when you put the heater controls for the feet only, no air comes out underneath. Seams rather odd to me.

Again, as allways, any help is appreciated.

The part for the aristo, is that a double din size fascia and would Toyota be able to still get them?

I meant to say, i noticed your car on eBay a few days ago. Are you considering selling the old original wheels you had?

Hello folks,

I was wondering if anyone knew where i could buy a double din fascia/stereo casing for a 1996 GS300?

I was hoping to install a 7" CD/DVD player into the dash but this would need to be fitted first of all.

Also, has anyone had any problems connecting such a headunit with regards to the sound etc? I assume it would be a simple plug in and play?

I found a GS for sale on Pistonheads which looks exactly like the kit i need. The carbon fibre job looks also, i wonder who does that?

Hello everyone,

I have just purchased an SC430 and i am wanting to get a lip spoiler for the front of the car. I have read a few postings on here so far but no one seems to be able to get such a thing in the UK? Does anyone know where to go?

Also, as most people know, the Wald lip spoiler is awesome, but how on earth do you get one!!!

Last of all, it appears that the tyre pressure warning light is on. I have checked the pressures and all seems normal. Without having to go near Lexus, does anyone know of a better place to go to, hopefully in Edinburgh?
