just tried all the answers and to no avail . when i put it all together the red light flashes on the key fob,then if i press any buttons the red light goes to solid ! any more ideas ?

Remove the back of the remote and remove the battery (if it's not fixed in the back casing). Sit in the car and hold the lock & unlock buttons at the same time for about 30 seconds - WITHOUT THE BATTERY FITTED.

Replace the battery & casing, then press the lock, then unlock bottons seperately.This should have re-programmed it for you. :winky:

Hi guys since buying my lexus ( last december ) the key fob has never had a Battery in,i have now put 1 in but dont no how to reset the fob.

any help would be much appreciated, many thanks

Are the hazards flashing when you switch the ignition on and off, or just by opening and closing the doors?

it was from the back of the stereo !

Hi guys yesterday i had a hands free kit fitted to the old girl,and in doing this we flattened the Battery ! after about 1 hour i turned the key and she fired up just !.

but now when i get in or out the hazards flash for about 30 seconds ? why is this and what can i do to stop it any ideas would be grateful.
