Too technical for me guys.... my car runs quite good with it so I have no complaints.... :winky:

Bought for A$400. For the skeptics out there, I had one put in my wife's 1.5 lancer and had the car on the dyno before and after...

The Dyno read 50KW off the flywheel and 55 KW after adding the compressor...

For that kind of $$$ I think it is quite good... and it keeps the car quite standardised... :D

Will put my IS200 on the dyno when I get some time...

No... I don't think so...

Just wanted to say that I installed a micro compressor in my IS200 about 2 months back... and it works wonders... it has given me a power boost and saves about 30kms of fuel per full tank....

Anyone out there installed one? How did you go?

I would like to get one too but I am in Australia and this newly released product is not available yet... sigh! anybody want to sell me one?

DarkIS200, did u experience an increase in power/torque after removing the pre-cats? Is is legal?

You misunderstand me Lexdreamer... I preferred the IS200... no way I will buy a mini...

I've driven a friend's Mini Cooper S... witht he supercharger it is nice... but its not an IS mate... entirely different feel and quality... even the insides feel plastic...

Thanks Supercharged. Talking about tuned, I took my IS200 to a performance tuner wanting to get a unichip ... but the guy said that with this car, the problem is the cat convertors... I am better off changing the entire exhaust system including the cats... which will give me at least 15 % more power. What do u think? I was thinking the chip will be easier...I love the lex except that I am puzzled why it has only 114kw ?

Anyone know if there is any difference in using 98 RON fuel in IS200 or am I wasting my money?

I currently use Shell Optimax on mine... or will just a 95 RON premuim unleaded do the job?
