Hey man, I've been looking into a 1UZFE engine conversion myself! However, I'm leaning towards the RS200 route...wanna experience the Beams before the v8!

There are quite a few posts/conversions to view on my.is but obviously each one to their own preference! Are you planning on ITBs as it sounds bloody amazing with them.

As for the scratches, I know my friend in a bodyshop could have them out for slightly cheaper as I got the front bumper of my friend's BMW sanded down completely and resprayed for £150 all included. But it's all the way up in Watford so the journey itself would accommodate for the cost difference.

I'm Dev from Watford - Herts.

I've recently got a Lexus IS200 Sport, W reg. It's black and as far as I'm aware, factory standard....for now!

No pics of the car by itself yet as I'm getting a full detail done on 1st October and will post some shiny ones up afterwards.

Mods-wise; being an avid audio installer...and the only faults (mechanical and electrical) on this car are a non working Cassette/CD player. And to be honest, I'm getting very bored of the radio!

Thus leading me to build a CarPC with a brand new sound system, touchscreen...the whole works. Build updates will be posted up in due course.

Alongside that; as I'm planning on keeping this for a year and moving on to an RS200, the modding will be subtle. New lights, front splitter, TRD grille etc.

Also got an Apexi air intake system on it's way for this. That should keep me happy for the year.

Here are some pics I took at the Rickmansworth Aquadrome car-park with my friend's Eunos Roadster.

Could quite easily fit my 6 ft 2 self in the boot!

My personal favourites are the last ones! They'd go well with the colour and aren't that common.

However, you'd better have some clean calipers/pads (minus the rust) as without them, wheels with a greater space in the spokes don't look as good.

The case remains the same for the BR RS wheels as well.

Lastly, I wouldn't go with the black multispoke ones as they are too commonly found on small hatchbacks nowadays.

I reckon your car would pull off the last set really well!
