air ride suspension for rx300 2003 model

the top mount on the car that my wife used has collapsed I have my own mechanic that works for me to do the repairs we contacted Lexus for the part and the wont sell the top mount so to repair the car they want £680 to supply the whole front air bag suspension for the front near side when all I require is the top mount that will cost no more than giving the benefit of the doubt as these generally cost for other cars £40-50 I would be more than happy to pay £100 but not £68...
