I have looked on Toyodiy.com for you and the brakes for the 2007 IS220d and IS250 are the same so feel confident to order them.

Not heard or seen the make before so unable to comment on the quality but with a 36,000 warranty they look pretty good for the money.

I want to order new brake discs and pads for my Lexus IS 220D year 2007.
