  1. mike,if you think about it running on petrol preduces carbon which protects the valves to a certain extent,lpg is hotter and remove carbon from your engine(valves)over time,hence the damage to some engines over a very long period,i've had two ls400's converted to lpg in the past and both required certificates for insurances purpose's, and a new certifacate had to be issued after so many years,but your right sbout about the ls400,it has hardend valves and dosnt require flashlube,i've been humming and harring about having my lexus gassed, think i might bite the bullet and go for it

  2. i had the same problem on my car a few weeks ago,and also happened on another lexus i owned some years ago,started the car run for around 5 to 10 seconds turnd of and woundnt restart,felt like the car was flooded,left for 30 mins then tried again,started after quite a few turns,been alright since,nothing to worrt about,how many times are u going to start a car for 10 sec, or so,turn of and restart,almost never.

  3. hi to all u die hard lexus fanatics out their,this is my first post so not sure what i'm doing,i have a strange problem with my ls400 m4,on turning on the egnition the pasenger wing mirror moves out a touch and a touch more every time i turn on the egnition until the mirror has turned completly away from the door,to correct it i have to press the botton that folds the mirrors in and reset,why would any power be sent to the mirrors on egnition,thanks in advance for your help,this is my thired ls400,best car in the world.
