Hi guys,
Just a quick one, Can the rear speakers on the IS 200 be upgraded? Mine has the Amp behind the Glovebox,
Even though the standard speakers do sound very good I was thinking of changing them as one of my speakers is crackling a little

Ordered a Parrot MKi9200 Hands free kit, Found an excellent guide on here for the installation tips (thanks to Raymond).
Started a small part of the fitting tonight after work but as it was dark & wet out side I only got the screen mounted
Just got to say a big thanks to Raymond for sorting me out with the SOT leat to install it to the factory loom.

Washed the interior fabrics today, Seats, Door cards & Roof lining & carpets, Jet washed the floor mats off aswell.
Will be cleaning the Leather tomorrow and treating it to protect it.

Nice find Chris....it looks to be in very good shape!
Its not too bad really, Service wise its 100%, Had a clutch 3k ago, Timing belt done at 87k, Recent rear calipers, 2 new tyres, 2 Keys & all service stamps in book, Still has the original dealers plates on it

They are not too bad but they are staring to corrode slightly in places, Will get them done at out Lexus approved bodyshop at work -
Late reply but Panelcare in Rochdale have a Hunter laser alignment machine

Cheers, It does need the odd jobs doing to it but nothing major really, Scuff on rear bumper, alloys could do with a re-furb & then a good clean

Spotted that Cheers, The parrot has the standard ISO cables at the moment & I want to connect it to the standard Lexus radio with amp, So is the cable I need the same as the one you linked to?

Just thought I would register and introduce myself.
Im Chris from near Manchester, I have just bought my first Lexus, Its a 53 Reg IS200 SE.
I have always wanted an IS and when this one came up at a price I couldnt refuse I decided to get it.
Anyway thats all for now, Im off to have a browse of the forum so catch you all again soon.

I have just fitted a Parrot kit into mine & had to access the wires for the amp, To get to them unless your hands are very slim then you will need to remove it
