What was the cure for the frozen door locks ?

I have noticed this as well, wiped the dashboard over to remove dust etc with a damp microfibre cloth and three scratches appeared ,used some aerospace 303 protectant and they had disappeared.quality not as good as my old nx 300h.

From all of the comments I shall contact my Lexus centre where I purchased the car an ask for a price and wait for a silly price .

Thanks Eggie for your reply but,your comment on not being towed my previous nx300h had a towing eye.

Could anyone confirm that the NX350h comes with a toolkit ie jack, towing eye, wheel brace ? The reason why there is none in the boot area of mine nx350h takumi.

Worth a question to the dealership to follow progress.

Great news that your car is on its way ,has the dealership told you what vehicle carrier your car is on ? It would be great to follow it's route .

Mine has been like this since September .

I am still waiting after 9 months,ordered on the 1st September.350h Takumi 

Dealer has told me it will be August for delivery.

Just one big waiting game .

I have contacted Lexus direct and they don't really have a clue when it will be arriving and put it down to my specification of nx350h I have ordered Takumi trim in blazing carnelian and black and cream trim. Just have to keep on waiting.

Regarding to your issue of where is my nx350h, I ordered mine in October 2021 and was told January 2022 that then moved to march now has gone to June/July ,the app is still showing waiting to be built ,so your guess is as good as mine.

This seems very strange to me most people are receiving there cars mainly 450+ ,I placed my order NX 350h Takumi in September it was finally ordered  on the 9th October was given a date of 17 January this has gone and had little correspondence form the dealer other than it should arrive from march onwards.the Lexus link app where the car built was has now dissapered.I thought it might be of been here by now?  ANY THOUGHTS.

contacted Lexus but have not had any response,just relying on dealership.

Having ordered my nx350h in the beginning of September dealer told me I should expect it for February/march I thought this was ok,dealer before emailed me before Christmas  that my car would arrive on the 17th January,was told last week that it would be a while till I receive it due to a steel shortage .

I am rather confused,I thought I would of been one of the first.

Any thoughts?

I have nx300h premier and since November I have gain a Rattle from around the drivers side speaker and A-pillar area, every time I go over a really rough surface I get this Rattle like cracking noise. It's starting to drive me mad.

As anybody else had issues with this and any ideas how to solve it?
