  1. Hi guys

I have noticed a light rumbleing sound coming from the road wheels of my IS200 auto, the noise dose increase with speed a little, and becomes much more noticeable when turning to right or going around a roundabout, not so bad when turning left.

I think it is probably a wheel bearing on left hand side, not sure if front or rear.

is this a common or known fault.

The car is under 3 years and is still under waranty and has 40 000 miles on it, but I would apeciate some advice before I take it to my dealer (lexus plymouth).

    Thanks

  2. you need a router which is compatable with the X box to share the internet connection.

we use the Netgear RP 614 it works very well, have 3 computers and X box on it, and also is a firewall. cost about £50 from simply.co.uk.

network cables and other bits are cheap as chips from screwfix

Belkin offer a similar model it is cheaper but more complex to set up.

Xbox live kit costs about £30 and also includes you 1 year subscription.

our connection is telewest blueyonder 512Mb

    hope that helps

  4. Hi All

I have just purchased a 2year old IS200 in strathcaron blue, it has a few paint chips on the bonnet, and a few which have all ready been touched in.

I would like to improve on the apearance, as best i can.

What is my best course of action, ie should I have the paint chips touched in, or is a bonnet respray the best way of dealing with them, and would I need to go to my main dealer, (for the respray of bonnet).

I think I have read somewhare on this site of a paint protection system on offer, but I have been unable to find it again.

    many thanks Ken
