Hi all
I've been using Castrol Magnatec 5W30 A5 for the last 2 years, it looks like it's being delisted cause it's not on sale for loooong weeks in eurocarparts, what would be the alternative as a recommendation ? I've seen the same brand but Start-Stop A5 but I'm not sure if it's any good. Sorry if this was already answered, just can't find any info. It's for my IS250 2007 RWD Petrol. Thanks in advance

Hi
I tried to replace caliper slide pins including rubber dust covers, unfortunately the size of the rubber dust is different than the diameter on the caliper, I couldn't fit it, I've damaged 2 of them already :/
The size of the rubber is 17mm where the caliper only 15mm. I bought them directly from Lexus, not sure if there is 2 sizes available.
Any advice ? Appreciate in advance
Thanks

I remember that passenger vents were blowing cold air and driver side were blowing warm, that's the only thing I've noticed before it actually stopped with cold air.
Which relay is responsible for the compressor or that clutch ? I've looked into manual but couldn't find it :/

It was blowing cold air and then stopped, when plugged to recharge the tank was almost empty, not too much pressure left inside so I assume it was empty (however I should call it).
Coolant is within the limits.

It's been checked for leaking and there wasn't any. I will check the coolant level when back from work but I guess it's fine. It was working fine before I've run out of gas.

Hi. I've got an issue with my AC, I've recharged few days ago because it was empty. After recharging there was still no cold air, I went to a different garage, repeat the step but still no cold air. The compressor I can see it's working, clutch is spinning but no cold air at all. Any ideas what to look at? New compressor it's around £700 so I don't want to spend that much and then find out that this wasn't needed.
Thanks in advance -
Yeee, just the bridge :D

I thought it's only one region on that disc, so that's even better deal as I was just about to buy them 2 discs from eBay which will cost me the same price as per 4 from lexus, thanks a lot guys :)

I've purchased IS250 2007 a month ago, previously driving Merc C200, well worth change to be fair, car covered 74k miles and is in excellent condition, hopefully will be driving for years :]

Hi,
I'm on the 07-08 ver.1 West, I'd like to update it before my holiday trip in August but I'm not quite sure if those versions will work properly, I found some on ebay:
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Toyota-Lexus-Navigation-DVD-E1B-WEST-EUROPE-2015-2016-/191626594833?
Basically I need to buy for East and West as I'm traveling a lot in England but the main is NORTH for the trip Holland/Germany/Poland.
I've read it that if you changing the disc it may be difficult to get the old one working, is that true ?
I tried in Lexus but I've been quoted £250 when new in http://www.lexus-mapupdates.eu/ cost 125, that's a bit weird as well, any1 know why the charging that much ?
Regards

Thanks guys, I thought it's only for the cars with Start-Stop function :)
