Fitting a new stereo to my is200.

Ive found the constant live. Ignition live. And the earth. So stereo powers up wonderfully.

I need help. With the wire colours for each speaker.

So what colour wire is the positive an negative for each speaker on the original lexus stereo harness?

Hi all.

Im sorry if this is in the wrong area. Im new to the site but im looking for some help. 

Recently aqquired my is200 2002. And its now missing on cylinders 1 3 and 5. Now ive done the obvious. Taken, cleaned and moved the plugs. Swapped the coil positions for it still to come back saying misfiring on cylinders 1 3 and 5. 

All i can think of now is that the coils could be arcing? 

Has anyone experienced this? any fixes?

It has next to no fuel in it? Would this cause this misfiring? Any help would be really apprecated..... thanks all.
