Does anyone have a CD for 1999 Lexus LS400 maps for Ireland. I don't care if they are years outdated. Any advice as the dealership networks don't support it anymore

Hello I'm new to this forum. I have a 99 LS400 which just had a timing belt replaced. The belt is fitted correctly but the car has now developed a rough fluctuating idle. Any ideas what caused this ? Thank you

Has anyone used the mini VCI J2534 OBD2 diagnostic tool code reader for lexus toyota from techstream and been successful with it in a 1999 Lexus LS400. Thanks
