2015+ RCF RS-R iSport Coilovers.

Details and specification can be seen in the RS-R website (Jap built but sold in the US, not aware anyone stocks these in the uk). Good condition with no leaks, cleaned up well with some marks on the chrome finish. Damping adjustable front and rear, included are the rear dampner flexi adjusters purchased extra from Japan that will run from the top of the strut through the rear carpet wall for access. 

Available as the car is now sold. 

Along with a fast road geo setup, these worked very nicely, firm but having driven the RCF back on its original oem suspension prior to sale I’d say probably no more so tbh, is a little less tolerant of uneven rds than OEM but the flip side is it has an excellent turn in feel, enhances driver feedback, eliminates body roll and provides you with a stance exactly as you desire rather than fixed height lowering springs

I would not recommend for daily cruising if you expect it to feel OEM, but I would recommend if you are looking use that sits between fast road to occasional track use. I was on track for a couple of sessions once and it’s was an awesome experience 

Expensive to buy new, coilovers not as popular on UK shores where swift springs are preferred I suspect, however I felt the swift springs were too low and prevents the full travel range of the original OEM suspension.

Collection preferred (Macclesfield) so that condition can be viewed prior to purchase, can meet halfway dependant on distance and the offer.

it’s a perfect piece of kit on volume and no drone. Noticeable note but can also be quiet when cruising or not wanting attention. This is the rear silencer with ceramic tips version as per their H&S RCF website, with original cats.

The OEM suspension and exhaust are now back on the car. This is now back to stock except for the window tints and chrome delete. 
 

PM me an offer on the RCF (39,980 miles), the RSR iSport coilovers or the Hayward & Scott cat back exhaust with ceramic tips.

The Black Judd Wheels have been sold separately and the car is now on its OEM wheels which are diamond cut finish, with Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tyres

Wheels have been dry stored flat most of my ownership last 2yrs. A few marks on the lacquer but not enough for a refurb yet. Wheels refurbed by the garage I bought the car from. Tyres half tread iirc.

Lexus Birmingham have cancelled me twice with less than 24hrs of the appointment (6-8wks booking gap). They blamed Lexus UK for a backlog of RCF specific parts (RC is ok)

This is my local car show, Macclesfield Cheshire 29May Bank Holiday Monday. 

I’m there in my RCF and wanted to extend an invite to the group. Very relaxed in lovely setting, not your usual Car park /airfield venue. Cafe, toilets etc. located off J17 M6

Follow the link and you have to call yourself and register. it’s targeted at earlier cars but they do accept later rarer cars. I haven’t asked for group entry, happy to do so if I’m flooded with interest. 

anybody who does register, post below so we arrange to meet and exhibit together.

Personal experience of SRD with my Supra over many years, cannot recommend highly enough. They were busy back then, expect them to be even busier these days. Unfortunately not local enough for me to use them as much as I’d like. Used to have a mini holiday with the missus whilst the I left the car with SRD

Had mine booked with Birmingham for 8wks iirc and I checked in with them, before I travelled.  found out they have no parts and on back order and no due date. Glad I checked for myself before travelling. 

I’ve also bought an RCF from them, reasonably easy to deal with for a trader, the guy had a GSF when I bought mine. I would recommend you satisfy yourself on condition vs price before letting your heart make a decision before you’ve even arrived 👍
