  1. I have the same problem, steering wheel not straight and car pulling to left. Dot all 4 wheels alignment and still pulling a bit to the left, steering wheel was still not straight (left) took it out and moved it one slot tonthe right and now its ****** to the right.

Will check again next weel the alignment and probably this will be the end of it

Have you gained any extra weight during lockdown?

On a serious side... does the car sit evenly when stationary and evenly loaded? And have the springs been kept the same? There are so many factors in suspension dynamics, could be anything. Have you inspected the support assembly/strut mount?

On inspection the mecanic could not see anything wrong, i checked as well.

It's a new car for me and its like i have a shorter leg on the back 😅

    HI Radu

From what I have picked up frm this forum gs450h shocks are dealer only - did you replace with genuine items?

Yes genuine KYB shocks. Just curios on the ride quality, just sold my rx450h with air suspension and i find this gs odd over speed bumps

Just to clarify....have you replaced just the rear suspension with coil spring/strut suspension and left the front on air?

I had the Normal/sport shocks and installed non hybrid ones without sensors.

The same feeling i had before with the old ones and i was blaming the leaking shock.

  5. Hi guys, i have a 2009 gs450h and i had a bad shock absorber on the rear. Over speed bumps the rear wos not absorbing the bump equal and one side was softer.

Just changed now both shoks with regular ones and the feeling its the same, like one side it's softer...

    Springs are with no damage...

Is this normal? What should i look for?

    Thanks in advance

    Radu

  6. I had the same isue with washers when bought the car.

One hose was disconected from the washer behind the bumper and both of them did not work.

Conected it back and no problem since then.

Put the headlights on and try the windscreen washer, if you see any scree  wash liquid under the bumber then you have the same problem.

Sorry for the bad english 😬

People seem to be in two camps here. Provided the car has been serviced annually, I would have no hesitation in buying such a low mileage car. The wear and tear on most components will be minimal. Like Radu, others will feel the opposite. I have never been keen on buying a younger high mileage car - I would always plump for a low mileage older car. You pays your money............

I had 2 cars that i used only for 1 moth a year, after 2 years they started to have all sort of issues from just sitting. Some parts can get old if the car its not used, hybrid Battery its one of them.
