So I have owned the vehicle for 2 years now and I certainly haven't had it replaced in my time so that's not a bad shout. I have had 2 services completed by Lexus and it wasn't a concern but something I can look into

I removed any debris from the buttons yesterday and tried the hard reboot but unfortunately issues persists 😞 

Hi guys,

I have a 2013 IS300h and noticed since yesterday my multimedia keeps playing up.

The CD keeps continuously forwarding / skipping forward track and radio gets locked into one station and neither the dash controls or steering controls can navigate.

Has anybody has similar issues or can recommend a solution?

I have just bought my very first Lexus, an IS300H 2013 model. Just have a few queries (please excuse my ignorance):

• Is it possible to update the firmware? The UI seems a little dated
• DAB signal reach seems very poor? I only receive a few "Surrey" based broadcasts whereas previous I would get many stations including Capital XTRA and more.
• Amongst my documents I have a CD. What is the purpose of this?

Unfortunately it did not come equipped with sat-nav and i very much doubt I can retrofit.

LOVE the car and very happy with my choice! My first diversion from German built (Audi A3, BMW E90, Audi A5). Any help would be greatly appreciated!
