Hi, Can anyone help my Sat nav screen works with only heater radio info but not menu /satnav when trying Sat nav I get a black screen with vertical white/yellow lines, I have tried Battery off, Sat nav boot reset, I have had readio and satnav screen out undone all connectors and re connected and no change. What do I do or change, will not pay new as have a UK/EU TomTom, any advice term served Lexus mechanics. I am after a Lexus Mechanic Stoke on trent area who does cash jobs please???  regards Kevin

Hi did you get  the arm rest repaired, mine same Im  thinking going to local leather trimmer as trim in car very thin not sure its even real leather, do you know how to remove door internal arm rest, as I want to have silver trim wrapped in wood style, I could drop one at a time to be done then, its obviously a problem /weak point., Love the car though
