If it's just the aux (12v) battery that's flat use the mechanical blade key to open the door and then the bonnet to get to the jump start terminals.

Should all be detailed in your handbook.

I cant open the boot to reach the traction Battery. The Battery is dead, what do i do to open the boot. Please help Thank you
