    The link isn't working..

I'd say all that is happening is the parking pawl is engaging after the car rolls imperceptibly?

Happens on all automatic transmissions I've driven.

Hello! I've uploaded the video on yt ->

The car was at a standstill. And it could happen right after I go into park or 30 seconds later or a few minutes later.

Although lately it kinda seems like it's been happening more often

Are you not simply confused between the power difference of the combined hybrid system, which is approx 145kW, and the ICE engine only, which is 112kW?  A quick check suggest you could get around 37 UK mpg, which equates to 7.6l/100km, which isn't miles out.

If you don't have a hybrid, you probably don't have an NX300h but an NX200 instead.

Ah ok then! :)) That cleared things up. I thought the combined power of all the engines is 114kw and that there's another version with 145kw.

  3. Howdy everyone!
I'm fairly new in the Lexus family.
I now have the NX300h from 2017 and I'm considering getting the upgraded model from 2018-2019.

    1.
Can you please tell me if there's any significant improvement? At least in the software area?

    And 2.
I saw that there are engines of 114Kw and other of 145Kw. I now have the 114Kw one and I get an average fuel consumption of 8.7l. Is the 145kw engine much "thirstier"? Can expect to at least keep in the 10l area, or will my fuel consumption skyrocket?

Thanks a million! Looking forward to your opinions!

  4. Hello all!

I just bought a used NX300h from 2017 with 77.000km and while the car runs superbly I do have a question about the rpm. Especially in sport mode but even in 'normal' mode the engine kinda sounds overworked when I accelerate.

And in sport mode it goes up to 5500rpm which is already in the 'red area' of the gauge. Is this how it's suppose to run? Is this normal?

Now I've only had the NX for a week or so and to be fair I've used diesel cars almost exclusively in the last few years so maybe I'm just nod used to it.

    Thanks in advance! 😊
