The repair manual states for MY2017 onwards:

I still believe the module is mounted to the frame of the vehicle and not the bumper so if you don't disturb it you shouldn't need to check/adjust alignment.

No damage to bumper just th usual stone chips, so fingers crossed. 

Does cruise control sensor need recalibration when refitting front bumper?

Does cruise control need recalibration after bumper removal and refit on Is300h
