my "oil service light is NOT showing" even though Ive passed 12,000 miles. Any ideas why it wouldn't be turning on?

I just bought genuine service parts via eBay and amazon, plugs, oil and all filters came to £140. Did the service myself, took less than an hour. All good but cannot for the life of me work out how to reset service light. Any guides? 

My misses has a 2013 model with the tomtom MoveOn NAVI - It somehow uses a built in to the car sim card, that sim card isn't allowing connection to the live services. Anywone know where the sim is located or if it can be changed for a modern sim that I can preload with some payg data?

2013 CT200h Power Folding Mirror passenger has stopped folding. When press mirror fold button it tries but only moves a tiny bit. I'm guessing the internal gears have lost teeth and was wondering if anyone has info on how to remove the mirror and disassemble it? Thx in advance

Got a 2013, drive conservatively and never get more than 420 miles before petrol light comes on (UK)
